Replacement and Return PolicyThe CD will be replaced only in the case of manufacturing defects or from damage or loss in the mail within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not given for returns. Why this no return policy? The Long Range Shooting Simulation has enjoyed an enormous popularity in the more than 10 years since it was first developed. Sales of the CD have always been based on the honor system and this has worked very well. There is no registration key required, no "phoning home", and no restrictions on the number of your own personal computers that it can be used on. You can use it directly from your CD player or it is recommended that the files be copied to your harddrive (with instructions of how do this on the case) and the CD kept in a safe place. It is your responsibility to not lose it. It is assumed that you will not distribute copies to others for all the usual violation-of-copyright-law reasons. There is a demo online which could be considered a trial version giving a sample of what you can expect to find on the full version. There is a complete classroom section that can also be viewed for free. Detailed information on the simulation as well as answers to frequently asked questions are also provided. If you use a Mac there are a few extra instructions that you need to be able to follow. This should give you a pretty good idea of what it is that you are buying. Before ordering, please review all of the information. If you still have questions about the simulation, content, user interface, installation or concerns regarding this policy do not hesitate to contact me.
