LRSS stands out as the most useful simulation I've seen for putting all the elements of long range shooting together in one package for initial training. Being able to determine holdovers and practice them with different reticles expands its usefulness after completing all the scenarios with turret adjustments alone.

If I'm correct in guessing it took extended time and effort to develop LRSS, I'll say the results were worth it all. The cost of the program is far less than that for ammunition likely expended in trying to duplicate all the scenarios at the range. This latter point is the one I've made in telling other shooters about LRSS and why they should get it soon.
